Christine Vecchio, Legal Assistant

Having been with the firm since May 1999, Christine has established herself as a reliable and integral professional team member. Her role as Legal Assistant is to ensure that the documentation supporting a case is dealt with in a professional, timely and comprehensive manner. Her contributions are essential to the firm’s continued track record of success handling immigration cases. In addition to her professional qualifications, Christine, who adores her two cats, enjoys Latin and ballroom dancing.

Natasha Pederson, Senior Paralegal

Natasha Pederson is a Sr. Paralegal, who earned her Master’s degree in Linguistics and Education from Belarusian State Pedagogical University and her Paralegal Certificate from the College of Legal Arts in Portland, OR. She started her legal career with this firm in February 2000. An immigrant herself, Natasha entered the field to assist individuals in immigration matters. She is a native Russian speaker, who also understands written and spoken Belarusian. Natasha’s creativity and research has greatly assisted with documenting O-1 visa petitions and Outstanding Researcher petitions and thus has helped many clients achieve their goals. She has been undaunted with the changing world of Labor Certifications from the “old” Form ETA 750 to the 9089 in March 2005 and the revised 9089 in the summer of 2009.

Scott Thompson, Information Assistant

With 6 years of administrative experience, Scott is your point of contact when you call or walk in the door. He has been with the firm for 3 years, and in that time has become an invaluable member of our team: scheduling appointments and ensuring clients’ questions are answered and needs met. Scott will soon receive his A.A. degree in Paralegal Studies from DeAnza College.
